The aim of that project was customising of Time Tracking Tool class tool – using only by one bank unit to bank projects office. System was extended with required functions to enable assigning tasks and reporting the time in project structure. System enable extended reporting of enforced tasks of planning to performing one and real performing task. Reporting can provide for bank organisation structure (overriding organisational entity) and also project structure (overriding programme/ project/ portfolio organisation).

Project description:
In this project we created web platform which enable managing of the market researchers network whose made survey among customers. System is supporting in a complex way the whole business processes connected with coordination and realisation of audit made by mystery shopping method – in terms of:
- Planning and support during the process of making research project.
- Collecting results of surveys.
- Possibility to audit projects managing, project phase managing, project structure managing – tasks to make in audit, base with listed place where audit should be done and base of auditors.
- Possibility to define different kinds of surveys and connected them with selected project/ project phase via system. System is supporting not only research with normal survey but also enable to attach multimedia file.
- Processes enable automatic valuation each research with the possibility to create reports online. The possibility to make available the research results by the system.
- Processes connected with payments to auditors for their surveys.
In the system are storing several hundred thousands of surveys, tens thousands of audio files, films and photos. The system is using more then ten thousands of registered and active users.

The aim of the project was creating transaction infrastructure and content distribution to customer via Internet. Customer support platform enables settling, payment realisation and preparation and distribution buy matter (of a great volume). In the project advance PKI mechanism were used. System is supporting several hundreds of transaction every day (distribution GB of data to final customer).

Project description:
Licence deliver, deployment and users training, also customising Atlassian software.
JIRA system is giving possibilities to project managing in terms of faults, changes, versions, resources (human) managing. JIRA is also a tool to customise processes (workflow, document template, task types defining). There is a possibility to integrate with version control systems, codes repository and programmatic environments. System is also deliver solutions in terms of time managing (Time Tracking Tool) and reporting and statistic generating. The advantage of the system is advanced communication systems (possibility to define email notice) and wide range of possibilities to customise it.
Confluence system is a platform for dividing knowledge. This software can be use as a intranet platform, solution CMS class, solution to support knowledge management in organisation, platform for team work, platform used to files management and communication in organisation and also as a system aggregating information from different sources.

Support in loyalty programs in terms of participants data processing, organisation structure of company, implement transaction of program participants, evaluation management and model of points calculation and also award ordering. System features:
